Meet The Staff
Vickie, Patient Care Coordinator
Vickie is our Patient Care Coordinator, and she is the friendly voice you’ll hear when you call our office! She loves helping others, and genuinely enjoys meeting and assisting our patients in any way she can. Vickie has an adorable little Morkie puppy at home, and two grown sons who live in the Dallas area. In her spare time, Vickie loves to paint. She also enjoys teaching art classes in her home, traveling, and cooking up gourmet delights with her boyfriend.
Marcia, Treatment Coordinator
Marcia is our treatment coordinator and handles all aspects of patient treatment. Marcia enjoys interacting with patients and walking them through the stages of their recommended treatment and follow up care. She also assists patients with financing and navigating insurance benefits. In her spare time, Marcia enjoys travel, home improvement and home decorating projects, and spending time with her daughter, son, daughter-in law, and triplet grandchildren!
Kristen, RDH, Dental Hygienist
Kristen graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry and has been practicing dental hygiene since 2006. She is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal oral health while making them feel comfortable and at ease in the dental chair. Kristen enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their two children.
Joe, CST, RDA, Surgical Assistant
Joe is a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas. He worked as a surgical technician in orthopedic surgery at both Baylor Dallas and Plano Medical Center before joining the practice. He actually began his career in dentistry/oral surgery and also worked for a period of time in the corporate world. He is happy to be back in periodontics/oral surgery and enjoys assisting Dr. Walker and helping patients achieve and maintain good oral health! Joe and his lovely wife enjoy travel, being outdoors, and working out. They also have a sweet dog named Emma!
Jules, RDA, Surgical Assistant
Jules graduated the College of Healthcare Professions in 2018 with an RDA certification, and she completed an AAS degree in December of 2020. She has a passion for dental specialties, especially oral surgery, and loves meeting patients and assisting Dr. Walker. In her spare time, Jules enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her three teenagers.
