New Patient Exam
As a new patient, you will meet with Dr. Walker to determine your goals for the health and longevity of your smile. Input from your general dentist is a key factor in working toward those goals. After a thorough clinical examination, we will present your diagnosis and discuss treatment options. Each treatment plan is customized to help patients establish and maintain a healthy smile for a lifetime.
We may use X-rays, on loan from your general dentist, to diagnose cases. Digital X-rays are also available in our office if new, updated records or additional views are required. The digital sensor requires a fraction of the radiation of traditional X-ray machines for your increased safety. We can quickly share digital X-rays with your referring dentist and insurance company.
Comfort & Safety
We continuously and thoroughly sterilize our equipment for your protection, and follow infection control guidelines set by the Center for Disease Control. Your comfort is also a priority. We strive to make our office a relaxing and pleasant environment. We communicate with you every step of the way and find that an informed patient is more relaxed, allowing for optimal treatment results. Various sedation options are available for your comfort.
